These Terms of Use govern your use of the mobile application Portrait Landscape Recorder (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Portrait Landscape Recorder allows users to record videos in portrait or landscape orientation.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.

You are responsible for how you use the App and for any recordings created using the App.

2. Subscriptions

The App offers optional weekly and yearly subscription plans that provide access to premium features.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy or modify the App
• Attempt to reverse engineer the App
• Redistribute the App without permission

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the App.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
